Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Leadr+ application, website, public cards, and subscription features.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Leadr+, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the contacts, profile information, notes, links, and other content you submit. You retain ownership of your content and grant Lab Architect the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, display, and export it to provide Leadr+.

Lawful contact capture

You must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to collect, store, contact, export, or otherwise process another person’s information. Do not use Leadr+ for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or unauthorized data collection.

Subscriptions and billing

• Leadr+ Pro subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store at the price and billing period displayed before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed.
• A subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You may manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting Leadr+ does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, the displayed subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Any unused trial period may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased where permitted by Apple.

App Store purchases and refunds are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service; probe or bypass security controls; access another user’s workspace; upload malicious code; misuse public card routes; reverse engineer Leadr+ except where law expressly permits; or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Leadr+ reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change when necessary for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or product operation. Material term changes will be posted with a revised effective date.

Termination

You may stop using Leadr+ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, unlawful activity, security risk, or abuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadr+ is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lab Architect does not warrant that scanned information will always be complete or accurate; you must review captured contact information before relying on it. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Apple terms

For the iOS application, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Leadr+ or its support. Use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
