Include the email address used for Leadr+, your device model, iOS version, Leadr+ version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, Apple credentials, or full payment information.

Account and sign-in
Confirm that you are using the same sign-in method and email originally used for the account. If Apple Hide My Email was used, the Leadr+ account may be associated with an Apple private-relay address.
Website Access
In the iPhone app, open Settings → Website Access and create a password. Then sign in at app.leadrplus.com with the account email shown in Settings and that password. Apple and Google sign-in remain in the iPhone app.
QR and public card
Open the Card tab to preview your public profile. Confirm your name and live action links before sharing. For reliable scanning, show the entire QR at normal brightness and avoid covering its outer corner markers.
Badge and business-card scanning
Use a sharp, well-lit image and keep the full badge or card inside the frame. Review recognized fields before saving; optical recognition can require correction.
Leadr+ Pro purchases
Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used in the App Store. If access is missing after purchase, open the Leadr+ Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm the device is signed into the purchasing Apple ID and connected to the internet.
Subscriptions can be managed from Apple ID Subscription Settings. Billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Privacy and account deletion
Use Leadr+ Settings to manage your account and request deletion. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
