Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Leadr+ collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information handled by Leadr+

Leadr+ handles only the information needed to provide the product:

• Account and authentication information: your name, email address, Apple or Google provider identifier, password hash for email sign-in, and hashed session records used to secure your account.
• Workspace information: saved leads, events, notes, ratings, follow-up templates, qualification answers, and contact details you choose to save.
• Digital business card information: profile details, avatar data, contact and social links, and the public share slug you choose to publish.
• Subscription information: App Store product, entitlement, purchase-event, expiration, renewal, transfer, and free-scan state supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. Leadr+ does not receive your full payment-card details.

Badge and business-card images are processed on your device for text recognition and are not uploaded merely to perform a scan. Recognized text is sent to Leadr+ only when you choose to save the resulting lead.

How information is used

• Operate your private Leadr+ workspace and synchronize your data across supported devices.
• Create the public contact card you deliberately share through your link or QR code.
• Provide lead capture, contact export, follow-up, account support, security, and subscription access.
• Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Public card information

Your public card is accessible to anyone who receives its link or scans its QR code. It contains only the profile and action-link information you configure for sharing. Your private leads, events, notes, and workspace data are not part of the public card.

Service providers

Leadr+ uses service providers only where needed to operate the product, including Cloudflare for application infrastructure, Apple or Google when you choose their sign-in services, and Apple App Store and RevenueCat for subscription processing and entitlement status. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable agreements.

Sale and advertising

Lab Architect does not sell your personal information. Leadr+ does not use your saved leads or contact-card information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may edit shared card fields in the app. In Leadr+ Settings, Delete Account permanently erases the account and its associated Leadr+ workspace data. You may also contact us about an account or data-deletion request. Deleting a Leadr+ account does not cancel an App Store subscription, which must be managed separately through Apple.

Security and your choices

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and workspace data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and remove public card fields you no longer want to share.

Children

Leadr+ is a professional networking and lead-management service and is not directed to children under 13.
